"The hotel is quite new & the lakefront property is beautiful. Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was super comfy. The Cove had delicious food, especially the meatball appetizer. Only complaint was they needed more help. We went back for dessert and the bartender ended up waiting on us. He was very sweet. Otherwise we would’ve waited forever. Then the next morning, when attempting to go in for breakfast, we were ignored for a long time while trying to check in. We ended up going elsewhere."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. No off smells in the lobby or the rooms. You can smell the chlorine from the pool but no moldy or musty smells at all (huge plus!). We even witnessed the breakfast attendant Joe scooping ice cream (an off-menu item!) onto the hotel waffles for some of the younger guests! He called them "Grampa Waffles" and told us all that "when you stay here, you're treated like family". It made us smile so kudos to Joe for going above and beyond!"

"We were looking for a low cost alternative to the hotels in Palmyra. This fit our needs. It was what I expected for the price point. We actually enjoyed, at this point in our travels, having our car right next to our room! A bonus was that there were a couple of good places to eat within walking distance of the motel. We enjoyed burgers and ice cream at 'Hot and Chill' across the street."
