"Found roaches in the room. Arrived during a shift change and next person for the shift was late and I was told to wait till they showed up. Ended up being checked in but the fact that guests were being asked to wait was very inconvenient since it was 11pm at night. The man was helpful but a better process should be in place in case the next person to show up is late or has an emergency."

"El cuarto están en regular condición; la puerta del baño cayéndose.hace falta una remodelación. Personal de limpieza no limpio el cuarto ( estuvimos dos noches).lo más rescatable es el desayuno; ya que está variado ."

"We arrived about midnight. Over night staff Sandra, was very kind. Unfortunately I give a low rating because the room was showing very little cleanliness( tub, floors, gross markings on walls). The room curtains also had stains and holes."

"Check-in was very kind & helpful. Room was clean, AC worked well (considering it was 100°outside - very important). Pool towels provided. Walking distance to some food choices for dinner."
