"It’s a historic building that has been nicely kept for its age but it has some worn areas. Take a personal fan in warm weather months, our in-room AC unit was pretty weak."

"The room size was great for a family! We were able to move around easily, even with all our luggage and things. Large fridge and couch were a nice bonus."

"The room was very clean and had good amenities for the price. However, the toilet had a strong reek of sewage coming from it. We saw some plumbers working on it which made us feel better but the smell was pretty strong. The bed was comfortable but if you’re bothered by noise when you’re sleeping the train horn will wake you up."

"Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't able to be used at the time and the room phone didn't work. But the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Our itinerary said our check in was at 3pm, the hotel had changed that to 4pm a few months before. They got us checked in at about 3:10pm, as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, with very nice amenities. Coffee, with bottled water! Even makeup wipes, which was great, as I forgot...

Idéal pour visiter White Sands National Park dont l'entrée se trouve à 20min. Très bon petit déjeuner, J'y retournerai avec plaisir."

"The cabin was exactly as described on-line and everything went according to promise. All communication was was by text and on-line and worked very well. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessed. It’s within walking distance, if you are able, of most things the village of Cloudcroft has to offer. We will be returning here again as soon as we can."
