"Stayed at this hotel recently and had a very disappointing experience. The property is quite noisy — even normal foot traffic in the corridor can be clearly heard due to very squeaky floors and poor sound insulation. The rooms feel worn out and not well maintained, which affects overall comfort.
Sleep quality was poor as the noise carried throughout the night. Additionally, the AC was not very effective and could not be set below 69°F, which made it uncomfortable.
Overall, I would not recommend...

"The staff was wonderful. I checked in around 10 and the front desk agent Patti was phenomenal. She was so helpful from the beginning. The property was well maintained even with the renovations they were doing. The room was clean and comfy and had the cutest little balcony. The entire experience was great! I will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and other travelers."
