"Spacious, Amazing Amenities"

"Stayed at the Otsego Resort for a weekend. We arrived late in the evening and the office was a bit confusing to find. Our room was well maintained although there was issues with lighting in the room. Saturday evening the power flashed multiple times. Overall it was a good experience but the place could use a few updates."

"Food was left in fridge. Garbage wasnt emptied. Toilet didnt completely flush. Outside garbage bins were overflowing. The shower sputtered. The beds were clean and comfortable, the wifi worked well, the TV was big and new. The property is very unkempt. Dirty looking hall carpets and walls. It looks like 40 years ago it was fun and lovely. Those days are done."

"The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily...

"I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear very clearly the guests in the room above us. Very thin floors. Water pressure on the shower was poor. Definitely not worth the $260 we paid."

"The room was clean and adequate. The checkin clerk was helpful. The property could use some work. Breakfast was fair. Everything was good just not great, hence 4 stars."
