Great place to stay at a calm before the storm. Had the place all to ourselves. Great and large and easy walk in and out spot to let our dog out. Thank you for this experience.

The Staff is always on point especially Kim, the manager at the Duck Blind Restaurant. She Always goes above and beyond!! KUDOS Km!
We liked they notified us that our room was ready early. Also, we got a great room and loved getting a recliner chair and spacious bathroom. The grounds are spectacular, the views outstanding, the food and drink excellent and the staff friendly and genuine.
Nice, quaint older property. Spacious with comfortable beds and great view. Could use a major update, but clean and comfortable. Seemed to be pretty empty when we were there on Labor Day weekend. Golf course looked nice. Would have liked to have had time to play. Close to the downtown area for shopping and dining. Would like to come back to play golf or ski. Only an hour from Mackinaw
Very good place for a one-night stay with son and two grandkids. The 4-bed lofts work out well for this occasion.

GORGEOUS LOCATION!!!
The location is absolutely gorgeous! The main lodge, bar and restaurant are stunning. Good (expensive) food and drinks. We stayed at the Blue Spruce Lodge. Although clean, VERY outdated. It had an 80's grandma vibe. Some of the other lodges looked updated from the outside, but ours was peeling paint all over the outside and had rotton wood. Bed and pillow were as old as the room, but ok. Would stay again, but in one of the other lodges for sure.

This is a good property that, especially in the winter time, will provide plenty of entertainment for those who are skiers. However, the property looks run down, with chipped painting on the outside of it's lodges. The main building doesn't have convenient parking and isn't well marked as to what is the golf pro shop and what is the overnight lodging check-in.
With some maintenance/upkeep - this can be a very good resort that will compete with Treetops and other northern Michigan facilities.

Weekend Stay.
The stay was relaxing and comfortable. The only downside was the pool was dirty and not kept up.
This place is amazing! We did a girls weekend, and wine tasting color tour on the golf carts. We had the best time. A lot of people seen our pictures and asked for the information for your resort. We will definitely be back!
Overall very nice. Rooms were spacious, definitely a ski lodge feel, a little dated. Loved the Adirondack chairs overlooking the 18th green. Towels and linens were nice.
The Tribute was the best course I've plated. The hills make for a picture perfect scenery. Very large swimming pool...not heated though. All in all a great place to visit and play golf !!
