"Pros: Unit was spacious and clean. 60” TVs and streaming capabilities. Cons: Most uncomfortable couch ever. Mattress is worn out, has a huge divot on one side. Train tracks are about 3-400 yds away, and trains come through every hour or less and they’re standing on the horn. Tenant upstairs sounds like Sasquatch, stomping and dragging/dropping stuff on the floor until 2200 then hammering on something until 2230 and again at 0630. TV on blast. "The apartment we originally booked ended up being unavailable as the previous occupants elected to extend their stay having qualifed to go to the finals of a cutting horse competition. Since the property is a 4 unit building owned by the host, she was able to move us to a different (but comparable) unit. It was a very cute little 2 bedroom apartment located within 5 minutes from Dickie's arena which is where our event was. The host was actually staying in one of the units as she was attending...

"In a very scetchy part of town. Me and my two daughters did not feel safe so we did not stay. Also the back yard is not attached to the unit. Its a shared space which was misleading. "
