"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. "I am very disappointed in the property, I will never return there. The very first thing I found was that it was very dirty and smelled bad. There were no towels and no one responded to any communication. One night the power went out and I tried emailing to resolve problem and no one responded. The owner never picked up the phone. The property has a Ring device and when I rang the bell no one responded. I definitely will not go back and do not recommend for anyone. "

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible.
