"House has not been updated since the early 80s, needs new beds badly…there are literally cots in one of the bedrooms. The heating situation was strange (wall electric heat) with no heat in two of the bedrooms aside from some plug in heaters that cannot run at the same time because they blow a fuse. Kitchen has very little as far as cooking pots or utensils, there is no can opener! This house has potential, but some money needs to be put into fixing it up if it’s going to be rented. I was...

"Loved this house! This house was in the perfect location to downtown and all the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace for sitting around and chatting with family during our visit. The bedding was comfy and it felt like home. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting. the area"

"The house had a beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a bit of an ant problem, and had to throw away some of our food. They were relentless, and the downstairs basement bedrooms had a bit of an odor but everything else was wonderful. There were a lot of stairs. "
