"This was a last minute booking as our original hotel across the street shut down and didn't inform us. Comparable pricing. The evening front desk lady was really nice. Room was comfortable. Beds were super comfy, cozy. Hot tub was AWESOME after a full day of driving. Plenty of breakfast options. Food was hot and fresh. Shower water was hot, pressure was great. I had 2 issues while there: the door closest to the front of the hotel/pool area that requires your keycard for entry was so light, that when I opened the door I went with it and fell into the big rocks that sit by the trash can there. I fell pretty hard and only had a little elbow scrape, but the front desk lady didn't seem too worried when I told her about it. Only offered me a bandage. No accident report was offered. The next morning I told the front desk guy that another customer spilled hot liquid from his breakfast on himself and I asked for a towel, but he didn't seem to be in any kind of hurry to help. Very disappointing customer service in those instances."
