"The attendant didn't know what a late checkout was or even if the management allowed them. I was told I would have to talk to management in the morning about a late checkout defeating the whole purpose of having a late checkout. Not to mention, the night attendant was very rude."

"The property was older but clean and bed was comfortable. Couple of issues overshadowed an otherwise satisfactory stay.
One was the toilet that took 5 minutes to fill back up with water in order to be able to flush
The other major issue was there was no hot water in the morning. The desk clerk had no sense of urgency about the issue and said her son would have to take a look at it. By this time we had sponged bath and were ready to check out. "
