"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint. We found hair on the towels, including small curly hairs, which was very unpleasant. The floor beside the bed was also not properly cleaned and even had a clipped nail on it.
The biggest issue was the bed itself. It did not appear to have been made with fresh linens, as there was hair in the bed and the area near the feet was visibly dirty, making it seem like someone had previously slept in it.
We arrived late, and by the time we noticed everything, it was already 1am and we were exhausted. I called the front desk, and although the gentleman was polite and brought us clean bedsheets, we still had to strip and remake the bed ourselves late at night as he said there were no other rooms available.
Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness or service we expected."
