"Upon arrival, we noted that the parking lot was empty. We walked into the office and it had a stale, sour smell. Being cautious, we asked to view the room before checking in. The clerk handed us a key card. We went to the room and tried to open the door. No luck. We peered through the window. The room looked dingy and dirty. The bed was poorly made. We returned the card to the clerk. Did not check in, drove another hour to the next town. I will never stay at this motel."

Every other time I called the hotel I spoke with someone I could not understand. He had a very very thick accent. I'm usually pretty good with accents but his was just too thick. "Room was clean. Parking convenient with easy access on and off the highway. There was no continental breakfast, but you are within walking distance to a Dunkin Donuts and Chic Fil A. We had an overnight stay so this was a good choice for the cost. "

"The office manager was friendly and helpful. The room we had was on the back side with a beautiful view of the country side and very quiet. Out of all the motels I have slept in this one was the most restful one. It was clean and well kept. Air conditioning/heat were not overly noisy. We went to a place called Chicken Cook at the Exon station about a quarter of a mile or so up the road. Best fried chicken and sides, move over KFC! I would definitely stay at this motel again. Top rate!"
