"Clean room. Beds were good. Soundproofing was poor. Noisy street noise from windows. Blackout curtains insufficient. Breakfast sufficient but not great. Checkin difficult although I had pre-checked in online. Booked and payed with expedia but was charged to my card again."

"Dirty towels laying in hallway. Our room was wide open when we got there. NO SOAP- went to front desk and they were out of soap. No toiletries-shampoo or conditioner or body lotion. The only linens were two bath towels-no hand or face cloths-had to ask for them. Coffee maker in room but no cups. Bed linens were minimal-white sheet on top of blanket-no spread. Breakfast was a joke. 1 mandarin orange 2 packs oatmeal White and brown bread but no butter or marg. Had a waffle maker but again no butter and syrup was almost impossible to get out. No water. Orange juice was like tang - apple juice had no taste. Coffee was not great. HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE BREAKFAST. Not enough food for 2 people let alone a motel full. Staff must be taking the food home-that is if there was any to begin with. Stay away from anything WYNDHAM. This is our second bad stay-one Super 8 and now Baymont. "
