Tv remote did not have batteries in it for back bedroom. They came and put in new batteries but still could not get tv in that room to work. Very dark and dimly lit. They could at least put in LED bulbs. No elevator had to walk up to 3rd floor "

"The property is very cute, and the location was great. The downstairs area was nice. Once we were about to check in we learned the dryer was not working, and the owners planned to have it serviced. This was inconvenient for a family going to the hot springs. The master bedroom was very nice, as well as the bathroom, but the towel racks were falling off the wall, so we didn't use them. The other bedroom had a rickety bunk bed that moved both the top bunk and bottom bunk when someone moved in...
