"Due to travel delays we knew we would be getting to the motel late. We called ahead to ask for a late check in and the office clerk made it work. The room was very clean and the bed, although only full size, was perfectly comfortable. We had a pleasant one night stay."

"This hotel was horrendous, filthy, stunk . Carpets were filthy. The filth behind the top of the mattress was absolutely disgusting . The sheets had slices in them, the ceiling tile with the fan in the bathroom was ready to fall out.
Just overall awful,
However - when I contacted Expedia to cancel my 2nd night bc I was NOT staying there again - we felt very unsafe- the Expedia customer representative I spoke to on the phone was amazing. I contacted the days in to express my disappointment, but...
