"Incompetent staff. Unfortunately even if you carry an honor status you can't get room service daily . Even making of bed . Bathrooms need to be wiped down and vacuum daily . Very disappointing . Will stay with Marriott property next time ."

"I loved Spinneys and wish we could have stayed longer. It is such a great spot, right on the water, super cute and quaint. I recommend 100 percent. Staff is very friendly and you have breakfast and coffee as well."

"Everything was perfect! The innkeepers are lovely and very welcoming. Our room was beautiful, with a great soaking tub. We were welcomed back in the evening after dinner out with ice water and cute little blueberry chocolates. The breakfast was amazing! Served in a beautiful dining room on lovely china. We chose omelets, ham and fresh fruit, which my husband loved. We very highly recommend this little gem in the great town of Bath. Cannot wait to return! "

"I want to start by mentioning our host was actually hospitalized with a health issue when we were visiting, so we just appreciated her efforts to make sure we could get in and have a place to stay -- I'm sure there might have been some extra small touches under different circumstances. Good: spacious shared spaces, big yard, would be nice outdoor living space if the weather cooperated. Very functional kitchen space. Lots of paved parking. Easy to get to town or the highway. "The host was amazing. She even bought us soda, cake cookies popcorn butter cream cheese and more. Very friendly and very accommodating. Her name is Deb. The place had everything you would possible need. Very kid friendly . I will definitely rent from there again. Best experience wit a place and host,that I have ever had "

"The place was infested with bugs crawling on the walls and floors. The bedsheets had dead bugs on them when the top covers were removed. Bedsheets also had stains on them. There were no fans or a/c. We bought fans and left them there. The kitchen had some kind of fungus growing in it. All the ceilings had webs with spiders in it. Floors were not washed. All outdoor furniture were covered in mold. Would not recommend this place. "

"The property overlooking the cove is lovely. Simple plain decent size room. Shower was a little slipppery. Nice chairs on porch with pretty view. Good breakfast."

"Rooms were ready ahead of time very clean was really pleased with my stay this has been the fourth time I've been there and they keep making more improvements this was the best of all of them the view is just absolutely beautiful I brought four of the couples with me and we just had the greatest time everything's within walking distance they will be coming back next year thank you so much"
