"The internet was down at the property, and after waiting for 1.5 hours, I asked that they refund my money. To date, that has not happened, I never was able to checkin and had to find another hotel for the night."

"This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale."
