"Loews in Philadelphia has a warmth about it that shines through its staff. In particular, Teran at the front desk was so helpful and kind with a lovely smile, Edgar at Bank + Bourbon made dinner seamless and fun, and Ms. Bullet at bag check with the cool pink glasses is an absolute gem. Loews went above and beyond to make the logistics of traveling for a volleyball tournament easier. And the restaurant offered great whole food and plant based alternatives. Thank you! "

"Good location but house keeping very lacking (my room was not cleaned for 2 weeks, had to request TP & towels, trash was never removed, elevators were not vacuumed weekly let alone daily) worst was expensive headphones left behind, notified front desk 6am from airport - never found. "

"Unfortunately, my stay here was not the best. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta’s and this property just did not measure up with the others. Let me begin by saying the check in process was smooth and staff were nice. Some things were not in their control — the hotel was flooded with people for the college basketball games. That’s all well and it did not bother me. However, the groups that were there basically took over all the restaurants, lobby, and personal space like they were the only guests. I had to repeatedly ask another guest who was on the phone talking loudly to kindly step away from my personal space twice — any closer he would’ve been on my lap. Along with few others who just had too much to drink. Extremely loud atmosphere. Had I known that the groups would be staying here, I’d pick a different property - my fault for not doing more research on the most popular week of March. Second, because of these large groups, it took several minutes and passed elevators for me to get to my 23rd floor. Everyone trying to jam in and then once I finally got an elevator, there was a stop at almost every floor. Needless to say, we were squished like sardines in the elevator and it took much longer to get up to your room than usual. Once I checked into my room, the floor felt sandy, there was hair in the bathroom sink, and the shelves had a ton of dust. Overall just felt like it had not been cleaned well. Not typical for Sonesta. Very disappointed. "

"Room is okay. No coffee maker and small bottle of water 8 dollars. Limited options nearby to eat. Isolated area but good if interested in going to Independence Hall. I usually stay in Rittenhouse Square which is far better for a stay in Philly for a weekend "

"AC was not working, sheets were stained, did not offer hand soap, house keeping only comes once a week, parking is $10 a night, continental breakfast was incredible sad, creamer for coffee was chunky and gross. None of which was stated when booking online"
