"The first thing that we observed was how curtious and helpful the staff was. We felt at home right away. I believe her name was Laura at the front desk. She explained everything we need to know and places to eat around Ord. The room was in a great location due to the fact we had a small dog. The green space was excellent and a fenced in pation area for Maize and her new friend, Tucker! Tucker and Maize became good puppy friends. They had a blast running around and wearing each other out.
The room was nice, clean and perfect for what we wanted. The lounge was nice and warm.
Tammy, the owner of Tucker was very friendly and accomadating. We loved just talking to her and learning more about Ord and surrounding areas. She recommeded Pizza Palace for dinner or lunch. She was so right, it was amazing and worth going back. Overall, it was a great experience and we loved our time in Ord. Thank you for being so nice.
