"Terrible weekend at this property. Our thermostat was broken, and after reporting it 3 times to the front desk, each time being told someone would come fix it, no one ever came. Same issue with the Wi-Fi. Would not connect and would not update. There was no soap in the bathroom. And this last one is the least important of this list but is still something travelers here should expect: the worst one-ply see-through toilet paper I've ever experienced in a hotel. To say something nice, I will grant that the property is very cute and well-styled. It's just a major disappointment that the substance did not match the style. "

"Very run down. Awful smell. The pool is closed for maintenance. There are exposed wires and such in the hallway. The only reason I can imagine this place having such a high rating is the lady at the front desk. She was extremely nice. "
