"The room was okay. But the AC/Heater was horribly noisy every time it ran. Would wake up up during the night every time it ran. The room above us sounded like there was a herd of little ones. But they weren't running and jumping during the night and active again in the AM. Probably would not choose to stay here again."

"The peoperty was updated but was completely full so using the amenities was not an option. The dining area was super hot and they ran out of breakfast items. The staff during the day was friendly and helpful. The staff at night was not around and the phone was ringing nonstop. The room was nice but they didn't fill the shampoo and bodywash in the bathrooms."

"Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back."
