"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was so kind. It has a relaxed and welcoming environment and is walkable to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and parks. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable!"

"Bed was very firm, pillows weren’t super supportive unless you stacked 4 of them together. The shower didn’t drain water which really grossed me out. And they removed the hot tub so if you were wanting that amity; it’s no longer there. Probably won’t stay here again."

"We had SUCH a wonderful experience here! It was clean, quiet. Beautiful pool area. Awesome exercise room. We ended up needing to change some of our plans and the staff was SO kind and helpful. The free, warm, yummy cookies at the front desk were my kids’ favorite part for sure!"

"The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. People came in way after us and were checked in instantly but we waited for almost 2hours. The initial reception that received us...
