"We checked in and found our room door was open and a fan in the room drying the carpet which was still wet. Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. They hadto bring a chair for us.noticed room cold found a window open .there was only one partial roll toilet paper no extra one.again had to ask for another roll there was only 6 cars in parking lot so could of switched us rooms but didnt the indoor pool was closed early every evening.."
"Room was adequate. Hall carpets needed cleaning and possibly replaced. Shower - water was either cold or scalding hot. No amount of adjusting helped."
"I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately.
I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would receive a full refund and would not be charged.
It has now been 12 days, and I have still not received any refund. Despite never staying in the original room, I was still charged.
The next evening, after returning late at night from a state wrestling tournament with children, the general manager confronted us in a hostile and unprofessional manner. We were told we would not receive a refund and were threatened with removal from the property. We were also required to pay additional deposits.
When I asked for documentation of a claimed inspection that supposedly found no issues, I was refused and accused of being untruthful.
This experience involved a serious cleanliness issue, broken promises regarding refunds, and extremely poor customer service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious."
"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. There were used condoms under the bed and condom wrappers on the floor. There was a black bag of disgusting contraband under the bed. The sheets were stained and gross and the room smelled like a trap house. If gross room and a terrible breakfast are your thing then this is the place for you. "
"Pool & hot tub were out of service. Breakfast was average. We booked through a third party so we’re placed at the end of the hall 2nd floor & heard a pipe/water noise throughout the night. "
