"Front desk issued a set of key cards to another party and they walk in our condo. We got email saying they were giving me a courtesy call to inform us our keys would not work after they issued a set to other party, and we needed to stop at front desk for a new set of keys. A courtesy call for there screw up !!! Front desk was not good !!"

"Very roomy. Clean and ready for us. Really no complaints. If I had to give a negative, I couldn't get coffee pot to work, but they thanked me for letting them know as I checked out. Maybe previous guests either didn't try it or didn't report it. Would stay there again."

"LEGACY CONDO REVIEW Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans and tvs in each of the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and we were washing our feet often to keep clean. Unfortunately we were able to hear every footstep of the tenants above us due to extremely creaky floors. "The room was clean. We didn’t get any housekeeping and we were there for a week.. the pool was closed for maintenance which was a disappointment to my kids and grandkids. Communication was easy it was either by text or email."

"The room never kept hot water!! We had to take cold showers and it was only 3 of us staying in there, And it was dirty needed dusted really bad my husband has allergies and he was miserable the entire week could not breath"

"The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy"
