well, we checked in late the first night and then I was told to just come down whenever I woke up to get the key and we ended up getting locked out of our room and I could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk nor the lady at Oiva, which is the company who runs the hotel could not get a hold of anyone to give me our keys so we had to spend one night in our car which they refunded us a night for that but then they charge me twice which our state has been over now and I still haven't received that money back it's not even pending and the lady at the front desk who I tried to talk to you about. It was very rude and very combative, but then ended up telling me she couldn't do anything about it that was out of her power so I would have to contact her boss in the morning. however, there was a young lady who worked at the desk at night. She was amazing so sweet so comforting and so welcoming she made the whole stay. she made us feel so welcome and helped me with any little knee that I had was very open to any kind of questions or inquiries I had the rooms were excellent, clean, beautiful and very comfortable and efficient when the young lady on nights was on duty everything was perfect and she's also new at the front desk which made it even more amazing that she was so good at her job overall it was a good stay, but I don't like being charged double and they combativeness over me wanting my money back really just took away from the experience. overall 3 out of 5

Besides losing power due to a squirrel chewing a power line this trip was wonderful. The bed comfortable and room spacious. Just what we needed for a fun but relaxing birthday weekend.

We stayed 2 nights and were barely in the room, but I ca definitely say the photos were 100% accurate and the woman at the front desk was kind, knowledgeable and helpful and let me know up front that the front desk is not manned 24/7, which was no biggie. Grounds, lobby and room were all clean! We had a 1 bedroom room with a small kitchen and it was perfect for us: 2 adults and a 5 year old. The bed and pillows were comfy and the AC worked great. They do timeshare presentations there but we were only contacted once by someone named Lisa who was very kind. We declined to participate and she was more than kind about it. This hotel is close to all the action and in a very safe area. If you are low maintenance, chill travelers and you’re looking for a chill, comfy, affordable, no frills place to stay/sleep while you check out Branson, then do not hesitate to book this place!

What makes this place excellent is the people who work here. Front desk was great, cleaners do there job perfect. My room was spotless everything I asked for was given they are super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for making me feel right at home it is very much appreciated. Front desk was amazing. This is an older property but not bad overall. Just a few things: 1. More attention to cleaning. Found a pair of socks from previous guest by the bed on the floor. 2. No phone in the room so if you need anything, you have to call using your personal phone. 3. Door in bathroom doesn't stay open at all. 4. Very poor and low water pressure in shower. Overall it's good. Close to everything..right off the strip. The 90 minute TimeShare deal is optional and they don't shove it down your throat which is a huge plus. Also, this site offers no breakfast which I knew going in.
