"We were there for the Balloon Festival. had our own car. For this event the hotel needs to be able to accomodate early schedules that match the times that the festival is very early active. On day one we had to find breakfast elsewhere. On day 2 & 3 the hotel was aware that there was a need. This event brings in billions of dollars to the area all hotels need to be proactive in dealing with clients who are attending. "

"My son and I stayed for one night at Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport. We have stayed at these Hotels before in San Antonio. Everything was great at this location. The room was clean, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was great and offers a good variety. I'm not sure why the bad reviews. Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and the property and vehicles at night are safe. Location is quiet and good place to stay and rest. I highly recommend Hyatt Place."
