"The property may be a bit off the beaten path in Richmond but the price is right and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hot tub was toasty with great jets and was very clean. The best part of my stay was the lovely, friendly front desk clerk who was extremely helpful and hospitable. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again."

"This place lived up to its score! Not only was it immaculate with friendly staff, but they take serious pride in their service. They had pretty much every amenity you could want and a nice market with items for purchase. They had the same drive and care that you’d find at a Conrad, JW Marriott, Ritz Carlton, or Waldorf Astoria. Truly blown away! Plus, they gave us a coupon at the front desk for a free appetizer at the restaurant across the street. I walked over there and it was epic food and great service. I absolutely will stay there again if I need a place to stay!"
