"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now while visiting family in the area. The property itself is very nice—clean, well‑maintained, and in a great location right off the interstate. The staff has also been friendly during both of my stays.
However, both times my mom and I were placed in the exact same room directly above the atrium, and that unfortunately made the stay much less restful. The noise from the lobby carries straight up into the room. Late at night you can clearly hear people talking and laughing in the dining area, chairs scraping across the floor, and every sound seems amplified. Then very early in the morning, you’re woken up again by staff setting up breakfast and guests eating downstairs.
I’m honestly frustrated with myself for not thinking to request a room away from the lobby this time, because I didn’t expect to be put in the same noisy room again. The hotel is great in many ways, but I would strongly recommend requesting a room far from the atrium if you’re a light sleeper or want a quiet stay."
