"Summit is a nice upscale "North Eastern" town, with a very walkable downtown. The DeBary Inn is a large charming old house, on a nice lot, within a 5 minute gentle walk to downtown cafes and restaurants. We chose a large room which was very comfortable. The bathroom could use a newer and better shower head, and the toiletries were very low-end. The continental breakfast was minimal. There was no coffee/tea in the room, but there was a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is a single serve...

"The stay overall was really good. Some trouble getting in due to issues with the electronic lock but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Door to our bathroom was sticky but nothing that spoiled the stay. Open roof area and the bee hive was the icing on the cake but beware the mozzies!!"

"There is stuff on the floor, its not clean at all!"

"We reserved a room with an en-suite, however the en-suite was down for maintenance and we had to use the facilities in the hallway. We were not compensated. Although the property appeared clean, I didn’t expect to share the room with a mouse. We had to prop the iron and blow dryer over the cardboard that was duct taped in the window in order to keep the little guy out."

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay."
