"First off, I didn’t get the room I booked. I chose a specific type of room which was a king bed and bath and the large living area with a bathroom. I booked it months ahead and somewhere in between, we got screwed. I had the reservation email showing what I booked and they argued that Hotels.com messed up our booking. Then spent 3 days of MY time trying and speaking to three different hotel staff to get them to rectify the situation during the stay. Time that should have been spent with my family (the whole reason we booked that specific room. And they tried to charge more for the smaller room they put us in. Then my toddler grandson found a nasty moldy bottle under the bed. It was disgusting. The doors were dirty walking down the hall on the third floor to our room. The first floor elevator button mechanism looks like it was just thrown in the whole and you could see open exposed wires. The whole place needs a facelift.
We did not eat breakfast or use any of the amenities so I’ve got no comment on that.
It was stressful and extremely frustrating."
