"The staff were simply amazing! They did anything and everything to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is not really on the 2nd floor - there’s about 50+ stairs and when you have 100lbs of luggage that was tough. The breakfast next door was great and I once again can’t say enough about the staff! A boutique hotel is not really our thing, but they do a great job for those who like boutiques. VERY close to everything!"

"The apartment was clean staff were okay Didnt say a lot They dont advertise the stairs we were not happy as they have 90 steps going up 90 going down we were exhasted after the stairs especially my husband as he carried the 2 cases up down which was terribble for him he was out of breath Hotel never mentioned the 90 steps as i counted then awfull "

"The check in process was so impossible. I had messaged this property both through email and Expedia a week in advance and they never replied. To check in you have to call an AI that kept hanging up on me and calling me “sir madam”. It took hours to try to get check in figured out. The ways they wanted me to pay also felt suspicious and I had to check with Expedia customer support to make sure I wasn’t getting scammed. Room itself was great so it’s a bummer that check in was such a big headache...
