"The room was not clean"

"We checked in, got to our room. The toilet wouldn't flush, the a/c wasn't working too well. Told staff about the problems. Her response was, we don't have another room for you. So we left, per their check in policy. You have 10 minutes to decide if you want to stay in room they gave you or leave. So we left, with in the 10 min.window. now the hotel will not refund me my money back. NEVER STAY HERE."

"The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM."
