"Structure not well maintained, and room smells badly"

"Second floor smelled terribly like weed for being a nonsmoking hotel, room had paint peeling off walls bad and pretty significant scuffs on all furniture. Zero shampoo or conditioner provided either like hotels do. Only a small bar of soap given for washing hands and two people’s bodies."

"Tub seemed dirty and felt dirty. Bathroom light & fan was very loud when turned on. Outlets near bathroom sink were in need of repair and were too loose to work right. Found dead bugs in bathroom and also one that crawled into my cosmetic bag by the TV stand area. Air conditioner was pretty loud and was not working great at keeping the room cooled down. Walls are paper thin and could hear all our neighbors conversations and kids. Vibrating sounds all night long, not sure if it was an...

"Morning staff were very rude, Unprofessional"

"So bad, there wasn't even soap in the rooms. Guest towels were andingy grey. Several other guest rooms had groups of men who kept their doors opened and seemed to be living there. We had a smoking room, where they only partially made our bed and didn't bother to empty our ashtray. Almost about as bad as it gets for a hotel room."
