"Clean room. Good breakfast"

"The place was clean and everywhere smelled fresh. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best but staff kept things filled and clean. The pool is nothing special but again, it was clean in that area and well maintained. It's the perfect place when you aren't booking for amenities but booking because you need a clean, nicely maintained place to stay while you're traveling."

"I picked this hotel because it recieved a 6.8 "Good" rating on Expedia. It was far from good. I would have given it a 0 but that was not an option.The entire property is run down and dirty on the outside. The room clearly had not been cleaned. Therr was residue on the toilet seat, floors, mirrors and chairs. The tub was stained. Rust on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. There was a puddle of water on the floor between the tub and toilet. A drop of water landed on my arm. I looked up and...

"Our room (#220) was clean and comfy. Another review states that the headlights of cars could be seen through the window....not true. The window drapery has two giant drapes that close and be pulled back to allow sheers to just be used...there is a third layer on the outside which has limited movement but helps reduce sound... The shower and the bathroom in general were mold free and clean. The breakfast was disappointing when we arrived at 830am (sunday morning) ALL the scrambled eggs were...

"Drove past this place so many times I never thought it was as clean and nice as it is. The room was super clean, the jacuzzi was clean, big and so relaxing. The bed sheets made me feel at home because they were floral and soft. "

"Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. "

"The carpet was stained and dirty, food on floor, thermostat fell off the wall, no heat, toilet paper on roll was less than half, and stains on bedspread. Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted a full refund and showed them pictures. We left and went somewhere else"

"The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh."

"This was definitely a no-frills stay, but overall, I was pleased. PROS: comfortable bed and pillows, window, air-conditioning and heating unit that worked, shower was hot, TV user-friendly, located in between a Dunkin’ Donuts and a Burger King. CONS: no elevator, no extras (things like blankets, hairdryer, iron), towels were very thin, mini-fridge did not work (I didn’t need it, so I didn’t complain), bathroom run-down/stained."
