"Impressed the second we walked through the doors. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast was fantastic. The room was very clean, up to date and inviting. Will definitely stay there again!"

"Hotel stay was nice , only complaint I have was with Jeff the assistant Manager leaving us stranded down at Miller Highlife theater after the Triumph show . Give Him a $20 tip and he is a no show at 11pm. Wouldnt recommend his services at all .Had Mrs T for our shuttle earlier and she was wonderful , she should be running the show !!"

"My friend and I were greeted by happy reception staff from the moment we stepped inside to check in! The room 111 was very nice, impressed by the walk in shower, the multiple outlets, slept comfortably, and felt safe in this location. The morning breakfast was great: freshly homemade pancakes and potatoes were the highlight of breakfast for me! And to top it off, the bus shuttle service was an extremely pleasant surprise to and from our concert venue and definitely appreciated that so much!!!! We sure hope to be able to stay at room 111 again!!! 😁"

"The location is prime near many Of Milwaukee's sights. It's located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and not far from many things. The staff from check in to check out, were exceptional, the property well maintained and cleaned. I requested a room overlooking the downtown area and lake michigan.East side was not at all disappointed. And the price for what I got was really a wonderful surprise. The casino is well worth the gamble. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to a future visit."
