"The rooms were not very clean, crumbs all over the desk, pet hair all over the beds, requested a room change first glance the 2nd room was clean, or the beds and the desk were, there was hair in the tub and hair on the bathroom floor, but we had already unload our cart so we washed the tub out and threw towels on the bathroom floor, the was not a single trash can in our room, not extra roll of toilet paper.
