"Was really excited to stay here on our roadtrip and hate to say we left disappointed especially at the price point we paid for one night. Our “Mountain View” room was just trees and an exclusive view of trash behind the motel. The property itself is nowhere near the river as they try to sell it but that’s my fault for not investigating that more. Lastly, the photos showed beautiful live flower baskets all over the property and upon arrival was really sad to see those were all now fake flowers...

"Excellent place to stay and the Price is Right. Hot tub is more like a jacuzzi because it's not that hot. The only cleaning complaint I have is that they were bugs in my light in the bathroom."

"Perfect location. Super friendly staff. Pet friendly and close walkies near by. Comfortable rooms- awesome AC and so, so quiet. Fun little pool. Everything we needed for a weekend in Boulder!"

"This motel should only cost about $50-$60 a night. It is not well maintained. The toilet in our bathroom had flooded many times showing un-repaired water damage. And of course the toilet flooded again while we were there. The other room we rented had a missing light in the bathroom, which sockets exposed, and the sockets filled with years of dust. Not worth the $90-$110 a night that it is priced for. I cannot recommend."
