"We've stayed there numerous other times and not had an issue but this time our bed was extremely uncomfortable my back and body are still hurting and the phone was not working in the room. The pool was way overcrowded and people were not watching their children other than that it was a nice day"

"The breakfast buffet was nice. The manager's reception was OK. They had the "good stuff" on display; however, once you ordered your drink, they used the generic brand, not the liquor they displayed. I have a few complaints, however, too lengthy to explain. When I went to the front desk for 2 different reasons (1. TV remote missing in our room, 2. Misinformation was given to us about the manager's reception), the ladies were rude and dismissive (two different ladies per encounter). Overall, the breakfast was a plus, the manager's reception was OK, but this is not enough to bring me back due to the other issues."
