"I rented a Ocean City condo via RedAwning, which I believe is under Holiday Real Estate for the Oceans Calling festival - worst experience. Please do not rent this condo. First, condo did not feel clean, and the master bedroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of cat urine. There was even a box of kitty litter in the closet.
