"I through Expedia website reserved the room from Friday 4/4 through 4/6. Used my card, and was going to let them charge card when I arrived. The balance on my card was sufficient, but she kept saying it was declined even after I let her listen to the balance from my phone. She was loud, angry, rude, mean, and disrespectful. "This little hotel/inn was perfect. The lady at the front desk (Monica) was super helpful, knowable, and so very friendly. I have never seen someone multitask at her job as well as she does.
