"Terrible stay! I just can't recommend it. I'm an older single lady and was just passing through for business in Minnesota. First, the room they gave me was propped open and when I entered the windows were wide open - they were trying to air out the smoke smell So they moved me and I was fairly happy UNTIL they checked in these incredibly loud people and they were talking so loudly and sounded like they were tearing up the place! "Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. "

"Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all...
