"The night front desk clerk was so helpful!! He was also courteous and kind. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the most pleasant surprise!! Breakfast is made to order eggs, sausage or bacon, and hash browns! It was amazing! I will definitely stay there again!"

"Highly recommend staying at the Clocktower. The staff was so amazing. The property is very nice and well maintained. The pool and lounge are were lovely. The complimentary breakfast at "Stella's bakery" is phenomenal. The Clocktower is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants."

We did book for a jetted tub and did not get that, but after 20 minutes of calling the after hours number repeatedly just to get checked in i wasnt going to complain about that. I mentioned it in the morning, and the desk clerk (who was different) said she didn't put us in a jetted tub room, but my booking eas for one. "The room was not very clean, dead bugs on the curtains, old yellowing devices, dirty floors, the sink wasn’t draining and the bathroom has no fan which is causing mold. You could also see where the housekeeping staff had just barely wiped the mirror clean causing me to think they didn’t clean the entire room too well either. Definitely seems like this place received the landlord special. Also the water park is not included it’s an additional $15 per person plus $5 to just watch your kids which I...
