"Amazing hotel for location to the famous trams right out the door all day and New Regent St for amazing wonderful eateries and so close to Isaac Royal theatre walking ditance to main shopping Art, Library, and a stone through yo Riverside markets plus The Cathedral. Cant speak more highly if the Hotel 115 acomo beautiful coffee tea and milk lovely clean showers and beautiful linen on beds. Stsff there 10/10 thanks guys for your professionalism and spotless reception. And thanks to the cleaning...

"The room is clean. Walk 1.2 km to the nearly shopping centre or cafe. The hotel provides buffets breakfast only. The in-room service system didn’t work either. Love the welcome cookies. The Asian staff is particularly nice and very helpful."

"We had a generous sized room and comfortable bed. Our room had all the amenities, although the motel is a little old fashioned. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Good eating spots nearby. Love the location so close to Hagley Park and the Botanic Gardens. Motel is just outside the city center. "
