"C’est une honte absolu que cet endroit ne soit pas déjà fermé. Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, problématique quand l’on travaille dans le tourisme et qu’on a une gamme de prix qui vise clairement un public international. Ce même personnel qui essaie de nous arnaquer, en prétendant que le jacuzzi n’est pas prévu dans le prix et demande un supplément de 100/gel par jour ce qui est tout bonnement du vol. Il est impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude à la douche (donc j’ose à peine imaginer...

"Stunning location, no words. Everything is green, everything is maintained and clean. The place was fully occupied and you don't feel like you are in the dining room, in the pools, and especially not in the water park. (The water park has a height limit of 1.20 and harnesses). There are tennis and basketball courts. A movie for children every evening, pedal boats, horses, ATVs, bicycles. Just a crazy experience. A little tip: There is no store on site, so it is better to shop at the supermarket...

"The hotel was perfect, the best hotel we have stayed in (out of 7) during our 4 weeks travelling around Georgia. The hotel is clean and new and the staff are lovely. The location is amazing in the countryside looking at the vineyard. Like a boutique French hotel but without the price tag. We will definitely be back."
