"Small rooms minimal common areas and if you get booked on a 5 th floor room you will have to carry your bags up one flight of stairs as the elevator goes up only 4 floors. A refrigerator was available upon request Well located in the Old town."

"Staffs are super nice, and breakfast is delicious!"

"Genussvolle 2 Tage im Kaiserhof. Sehr zuvorkommender Service, sauber. Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Frühstück hervorragend."

"My room did not come with air conditioning due to booking the lower fare on Expedia. We agreed to upgrade after trying out the room and paid and then the air conditioning was warmer than if we opened the window. We shut off ac and used a fan. Lots of hassle."

"This may be one of the best hotels I have stayed in! The view was gorgeous and the deck was amazing for watching the sunset. I loved all the amenities in the room. We used the spa for massages and the pools and it was wondrful. We especially loved the breakfast each morning. The location was also perfect for walking, hiking, touring the castle, and of course getting on the lake."

"Fabulous bed here! Great location, fair price."
