"If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. We weren’t offered transit passes when we first arrived only found out about the, later. The pillows are terrible (crushed foam) and bed sheets are okay. "Weekend staff was wonderful. Room overlooked the river and was quite nice. A large group occupied the patio below our room until 2am so was quite noisy. Was not aware of amenities."
