I entered in hotel with my friends and they denied to check-in because they have a policy to not to allow male and females in single from, where I booked 3 occupancy room for 3 people and they didn’t mention this policy anywhere in the details.The manager who was in the hotel, he was very rude. We got some workaround and didn’t change room as suggested because that room was even more dirtier. Food quality was bad and charges were high. overall service was below mark.
