"Staff were very helpful and friendly at check-in. First night had to get caretaker to let me out as the door locked me in. And the morning I was leaving found ants through everything. The playgrounds and parks were lovely and very safe with security gate."

"I was very disappointed in this stay as there was dirty rooms and no soup in the kitchen to wash your hands,could not even take shower as there were no shampoo or conditioners in the shower,also there was a small refrigerator which door was open and could not use it, would not ever stay there again "

"Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. "Breakfast staff were few. One staff member taking orders for breakfast, operating till/payment machine, serving breakfast, clearing tables and making hot drinks - could have with another staff member"

"Starts with the staff. Very good to ment Sir Herman. He was a true gentleman. With the help with the young ladies there organising everything, it was the most peaceful place to spend a couple of nights at the end of a month travel. Thanks very much guys. Batesy"

"The rooms are right in among the vines. Very clean and comfortable. Staff at the restaurant/bar were knowledgeable about the products. Great place for a sundowner after exploring Swan Valley for the day"

"It was a motel at hotel prices. Room was clean, but it is ageing. More importantly, the room was not sound proofed. Guildford sits right under the flight path, so we were woken by very low aircraft from very early in the morning. The pub was cool, but this was definitely a country pub with a motel attached, despite the rates and proximity to the city. It was okay. Might stay again, as it is close to my brother's house, but only if there is a good deal on rooms."

"Great location. Definitely one of the better hostels in this area. It was pretty clean but a little noisy on the weekends, which is understandable as most people are looking for a social scene!"
