Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life "

"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "

"very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful."

"Property is old, dark and gloomy. Very inconvenient to get to, even to just load or unload. There is no parking at or near. Host is non responsive. We decided not to stay and left. "

"The place is far more comfortable than the other resorts here, you have a choice whether you go to the sea or stay on the pool. You can have a walk when its low tide and go the nearby mangroves. White sandy beach is a 10mins walk from the resort. They have a look tower that allows you to enjoy the view of the area."
